Ray Caspio

"a shapeshifter of an actor" - Cleveland Plain Dealer

and we're off!

Welcome to my blogfolio! I'm Ray Caspio, an illustrator and graphic designer in the Cleveland, OH area.

My most recent work, which may or may not have brought you to this site, is with Cuyahoga Community College and their Summer 2007 advertising campaign. I conceived the campaign as a class assignment, which quickly turned into major freelance work spanning billboards, the web, direct mail, The Cleveland Plain Dealer, Sun News, Scene, Free Times, college newspapers, and other publications. Over 40 print ads have run so far on this campaign. A sampling of the campaign can be found on the design page.

Other clients have included The Beck Center for the Arts, The Press Club of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office, Citadel Press, and re:Create LLC.

On the blog, I'll be posting any design/illustration/sketch/photography related stuff I'm working on. In the tabs above, you'll find my portfolio. If you're interested in discussing a specific job you have in mind, you can e-mail ray [at] raycaspio [dot] com or click here to open an e-mail window. I hope to hear from you!

My resume and a printable book version of my portfolio can be found on the resume and portfolio page.
