A couple of months ago, Rosie O’Donnell held a contest on her website to design a logo for Rosie Radio.  I don’t normally participate in contests because I believe artists deserve to be paid for their work and time, but the opportunity was too good to pass up.  The chosen designer got to be a guest on her radio show and it was just plain fun to do.

My logo design, though ultimately not chosen, was featured on her website as one of the designs she liked.  I guess that’s something!  The logo is based on her photos that she takes for her products on Etsy, and I incorporated aspects that make “Rosie” the personality.
